“The Rotary Exchange Program changed my life.  Even if I spent almost a year far from home I met wonderful people who gave me a new home on the other side of the world”

                                               - Valentina Catarsi, Italy

“The Rotary Exchange year helped me to grow up a lot and I feel really changed and a better person.”

                                              - Camilla Fariscci, Italy

“Participating in the Rotary Youth Exchange Program has given me the confidence and courage to compete in a singing competition when I returned to my country.”

“ The Youth Exchange Program has given me the reason now more than ever to be thankful for what I have after I participated in volunteering my time at a Rotary Club service project in a small town in Mexico where they had barely enough school supplies and books to teach their students.”

“Best year of my life!  I didn’t get homesick at all and for me it was pretty easy to find friends and I’m really thankful for that.  I didn’t expect this year to be that great.  Thanks to all Rotarians and every one I met because this year wouldn’t be that awesome without all of you!

                                     - Niklas Pietzcker, Germany

“The Rotary Youth Exchange Program has been rewarding and fulfilling in enhancing my relationships with adults and understanding the value of listening.  In so doing I acquire their wisdom of experience.”

“Rotary Youth Exchange has given me new friendships that I know I will continue and cherish for a long, long time.”

“Studying and living here in the United States has enriched my life and I have a better understanding of American culture.”
